Fitbods was created in 1992 by Rebecca who was a freelance instructor travelling Streetly, Aldridge and Walsall with steps, mats and a ghetto blaster.

In October 1993 Fitbods Fitness, Stafford Street, Walsall - opened.

Fitbods is a privately run fitness centre, and boasts a very loyal clientele. Many clients have been members since 1993/1994.

Fitbods is very well known for its excellent group fitness classes They're very creative, fun and enjoyable, oh, and sweaty!!
