Zumba Step - Party on the step to those latin sounds - easy to follow step class

Aerobics - Low impact, high intensity workout for toning and fat burning.

Vibe Power/body conditioning - Resistance weight training in a class format using music and controlled muscular moves. Toning all the areas you want to tone

Gentle Vibe Cycle - Gentle cycle workout - suitable for those who require a more gentle approach! (over 50's welcome)

Vibe Cycle - The Ultimate cardiovascular workout cycling on an exercise bike to music within a class format. We are Vibe Cycle. xxxx minutes of pure sweating!
